I received a simple caution last year, I am wishing to travel

Resolved Question:

I received a simple caution last year, I am wishing to travel to Canada sometime next year/2017, would this be possible or would it depend on what the simple caution was for? (i wish not to discuss that part on an open board such as this)
Thank you.

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.
There is no information sharing between the UK and Canada so they won't know about it unless you tell them. Whilst I can't tell to lie there is no way they will find out unless you tell them.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

If they ask to declare any convictions or cautions(not sure if they'd ask for cautions) i would need to tell them about it? And if they did ask and i declared, would the simple caution cause me to be turned away? (depending on the reason for the caution)

No don't decades it, you have not been convicted, only cautioned
