Madam I recently receive a quotation van

Customer Question

Dear Sir/Madam
I recently receive a quotation for a van on a finance lease. All through my conversations and what is stated on the quote it is over a 36 month period.
I accepted the quote and wanted to proceed. I was then told that the had got it wrong and those figures are based on more like what is 48 months. They have basically said the have made a huge mistake and apologised.
I am wondering if the vehicle quotation as stated is legally binding or is there anything worth doing as I still need a vehicle at the end of the day. The figures I was working to have now change due to their mistake.
Kind regards
James
