Hi Jo I just need some advice as we are really not sure if it was her Driving , as we are not from around the area and the roads look the same around there and the salesman was driving at first and the road is nearby it states on the map that we was sent from surrey police .

It is not that simple I'm afraid. That argument doesn't really work any more.
Anyway you seem to be saying you know it was your partner?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi
Jo you are Not Reading the Question , the Salesman took the Car out at First , she is unsure where she took over the vehicle, she does not live in the area they both drove the car on the test run , the Photo evidence is from the rear does not show who was driving , I am not saying she was not driving but what I am saying is we do not think it was at that point where the offence took place , does that make more sense now .........regards

I asked above if it was you and your replied that it was your partner?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No you asked was it me like saying is this question for me or her , I never would be contesting it if I knew she was the driver for sure
Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.
What steps have you taken to ascertain who was driving?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I Have asked for photo evidence , which they have supplied its shows the rear of the car you can not see who was driving at all
Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.
That is not enough I'm afraid.

What else have you done?
