Good afternoon,I was recently divorced and after a court

Resolved Question:

Good afternoon,
I was recently divorced and after a court proceeding it was said that the property will be transferred into my ex husbands name and the equity was split 60% for him and 40% for myself. I am not sure what my next step should be as I am getting conflicting advice. Do I need to get a conveyancer solicitor and if so, what does this mean? What actions do I need to take. the deadline for the payment is 31st October by 4pm.
Thanks
Celeste
