Customer Question

My wife and I have trying to realize British Income Bonds she bought over a number of years but have had no success in retrieving them. Our latest information tells us the as we have not our accounts in the Bank of Scotland for more than 3 years that the account have been deemed dormant. Effort to un-dormant them have also failed. My question to you is : What can we do to unblock the accounts?
My wife has developed severe dementia and we are going to need these funds for further treatment.
