takeaway fee came tyakeawayfeeon 2 Oct i phoned currys in Harlow because their shop i Newport IW would not delivertfee to remove old tv came tp" TV which i actually saw ibthieir store. Harlow me they had a TV that size; Ialsosaid i needed a stand tofit; they (inthe[personof BEN} assuresdme theyhadthat too. I askedifI could order itallbyphone. BEN said yes and suggested Ialso take out a3 yes yeari nsurance. i agreed. also said ineeded nmy old set taken away- charge £10. In all the amount for the new TV, the stand and thetakeaway fee came to £283-98. Ihave no paperwork from currys BUT they did deliver the TV set altho decining torenove old one. I am therefore over £100 0ut of pocket

Am I right that you asked for them to remove the tv and you paid £10 for the removal and they did not then remove?
