My name is ***** ***** I am happy to help you. Presumably you are arranging a mortgage to buy the property - your solicitor should have sent you a document relating to the mortgage for you to sign. It may have been enclosed with other papers but it say 'mortgage deed' and will have your details and the building society details too. You will need to sign the document and return it to your solicitor.
