A number of years ago Barclays refused to renew our Banking

Customer Question

A number of years ago Barclays refused to renew our Banking facilities to our Limited Company which was secured by a joint Guarantee. They then made formal demand on all our personal and business accounts including our Barclaycard account which we used to pay bill and expenses. We both had Barclayloans which were negotiated in our Barclays branch.
The question is should interest have been stopped on the Barclays Personal loans once formal demand was made.
Regards,
Paul

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.
No, sadly the loans attract interest until repaid in full.
I am sorry if this is not the answer you want and certainly not the one I want to give you, but I have a duty to be honest.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
