I started a limited company with a friend, which is an online service. My friend has not input any work into this venture, which can be measured through a project management application to which he has not added anything, and he lied to me about something unrelated to the business, which has lead to question his value to the business. I want to tell him now that I am going on my own.
What are the legal implications involved? Can he sue me in any way?

Yes. We do have a director/shareholder agreement. Which I don't think I've seen, but cannot fully remember. But I know one exists for sure.

Not sure how this works. I just sent my mobile number and paid £36, does that mean I get to speak to someone?
