Resolved Question:

I have paid a £2000.00 deposit and a £4500.00 finders fee to a company for the purchase of a leasehold property. All information and transactions were done on the phone of by e-mail. This included signing a purchase agreement on line. Am I able to use the fourteen day cooling off period to get out of this contract?
