Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.
No. The court can award costs against you and then enforce those costs by a variety of methods. But a court as such can't say the funds need to be paid direct out of pension.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

Could you provide me some information about what the variety of methods are. I need to supply a proposal for paying a 15k order, but have very limited disposable income and the only asset I have is my pension fund

- bailiffs
- bankruptcy
- charging order on property or assets
- if you are earning attachment to earnings
Does that help?
