MY MOTHER DIED ON THE 6th NOVEMBER.SOME TIME AGO SHE SIGNED A DOCUMENT TO NOT CONTEST A WILL,AND WAS ALSO TOLD SHE WOULD RECEIVE A PERCENTAGE FROM THE ESTATE OF HER UNCLE.A LETTER DATED 5th OF NOVEMBER WAS RECEIVED WITH A CHEQUE DATED THE 6th NOVEMBER(the day she died).IS MY FATHER ALLOWED TO PUT THE MONEY INTO MY MUMS ESTATE OR MUST IT BE RETURNED.
