Resolved Question:

Hi. I have got a Holiday home which has a 999 year lease, of which there is 987 yrs outstanding.
There have been parking issues, and each unit is allocated 1 space. Some owners and Visitors have abused this and the freeholder has said that he is going to start fining and clamping offenders.
Is Clamping still legal or not in these circumstances ?

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.
If it is private land then no, clamping is not legal. It was abolished and made illegal by anyone other than a Council under the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
