Customer Question

I am a medical doctor and have recently received UK ILR in September 2015. I was on a TIER 2 visa here in UK for the past 5 years. Now I want to apply for my wife's ILR too. She has been living me here on TIER 2 dependant visa for the past 5 years. Which application form should I use. Is it SET(O), SET(M) or any other. Also her passport from her own country is going to expire in March 2016. Can she apply with a passport with less than six months validity although we are going to apply through the premium service and the decision would most likely be on the same day

Hello,
She has to use form SET(O)

The passport expiry date being less than 6 months is not a problem.
Good luck.
