I have 9 points on my driving licence

Customer Question

Dear Sir,
I have 9 points on my driving licence for speeding , 3 separate convictions of upto 39 mph in 30mph zones. I have now been charged with driving over the chevroned central reservation of the M23 of which I was guilty. This carries penalty points , as I drive for a living am I looking at a ban or will it be possible to appeal to the court and keep my licence.
Thanks
Stephen Parrish

How can I help with this please?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I am just trying to find out if I will lose my licence as I drive for a living and will lose my job if I get disqualified from driving. Or can you appeal to the court for leniency knowing my circumstances.
