Customer Question

My 14 years old son was travelling alone but accompanied by a friend's family from Barcelona to Minorca in August 2015 but Ryanair ground staff refused him the right to fly on the ground that Spanish minors have to travel with a parent or with a letter
from the passport office. My son though is a British national. N top of that he was left unattended in a foreign airport. I want compensation and I want to sue Ryanair for lack of service. How do I do that?
