I have sent a recorded delivery letter LETTER BEFORE ACTION

Customer Question

I have sent a recorded delivery letter LETTER BEFORE ACTION in County Court, as advised by Consumer Association. They have been given 14 days to pay or else the Court Action will proceed. However, as this payment I sent was in relation to investment (though
unregulated) activity and they had deceived me that they were on Financial Conduct Authority register, can I sue the Director of the firm personally for the debt and/or deception or any other way?
