I had a dispute with Unicom in 2013 regarding miss-selling

Customer Question

I had a dispute with Unicom in 2013 regarding miss-selling of a contract.
They agreed to accept 50% cancellation payment on one of the accounts and on the other account I sent an email with 2 questions I needed answered before making any further
payment. I received no answer and have heard nothing since until I received a small claims court summons today for the outstanding amounts for the account already settled and the second account. What should I do?
