I have a dispute with my housing association landlord.I have not suitable toilet and I cannot use it because I have mobility problems and my landlord housing association keep on telling me lies ,because I complained .I would need advice about preparing a statement for the ombudsman,could you tell me where to go for advice.I need to see somebody personally.
