That is a problem.
How long has it been since payment?
How much equity is in your house?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The bank closed shop on me July 2012 I stopped paying from then on. It was a business overdraft i i didn't have any business
probably 200k equity in my house

are you still there?

Thanks.
I am really sorry but there is a significant risk of an order for sale.
Orders for sale are rare. Your house is the place in which you live so it is hard for courts to make an order to deprive you of it.
However, it does happen on occasions but only really to people who are just not paying CCJs and have not been for a while.
A charging order already exists so all they are trying to do is enforce. I am really sorry but if you haven’t been paying since 2012 and there is £200k equity in your house then there is a real risk this will happen.
You might be able to delay it if you try to remortgage to release the funds.
Can I clarify anything for you?
