Can child maintenance be paid from my ex partners pension pot ( who is who're about 2mln,) he stopped working now, and don't want to pay my maintenance ?

Hi, thanks for your question.
Child maintenance is based on the gross income of the paying party, so therefore it cannot be paid from a pension pot. If the ex-partner is receiving a monthly pension then this will be the income that would be used to calculate the liability.
