MY LEGAL WISE NO. 10690927 JABU MAGAGULA, MY ID NO. 6512265372084 I TOOK A CONTRACT WITH TELKOM LAST SEPTEMBER FOR THE ROUTER, IT CAME WITH AN UNFUNCTIONING SIM. SO I BOUGHT DATA SOMEWHERE, AND TELKOM STARTED TO DEBIT R300.00 FROM OCTOBER TO DECEMBER WHIST THEIR SIM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE AREA. THE AGGREMENT IS THAT TELKOM MUST TAKE R50.00 PER MONTH FOR THE ROUTER. I PHONED THEM THEY PROMISED TO COME AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS A CASE FOR THIS BUT THE MONEY IS STILL GOING. I WAS MADE TO SIM SWAPPED 5 TIMES BUT NO SOLUTION, FOR PASTED 3 MONTHS PAYING FOR NOTHING. I THINK I MUST PAY BACK MY MONEY FOR THE PAST THREE MONTHS.
