He has a Adopted daughter who he had a fall out 7yrs ago.And dident want to no.She has 3 children.There is 2 brothers which one wants to claim some of his estate.As he wants his brothers respected. thanks pam

The rules of intestacy provide that the whole estate would go to his adopted daughter.
The daughter needs to be approached.
If she declined the inheritance and the father has no living parents then his siblings would inherit the estate split equally between them.
