I cancelled a £379 motor policy after 5 days that I obtained through an Eastbourne broker, the advice, I understand I have a legal right for a full rebate within 14 days, the brokers Terms of Business says full commission entitlement reclaim plus £25 administration charge. Have now received an invoice that includes a charge by insurers for the time on risk (5 days) of £61.82p and a Broker Charge of £54.04 representing 30% of the initial premium. Is this really legal?
