Customer Question

I have a limited company that I would like to get rid of my partner fairly who hold 49% shares!
I have had the business for 16 years and she came in as a partner 3.5 years ago, put no money in and worked 4 hours a day with a salary and yearly and now quarterly dividends!
I feel the business is not financial viable for two share holders and I feel she is not pulling her weight! She has probably 40 working years left and I who established the business and brings the business and money in have perhaps 14 working years left! Can you help?
