Customer Question

I was in a partnership in a pub which owes me £14,000 and found out last night that the pub has been sold inventory and stock to new landlord for £7,500.
As of today they still own pub till Monday.
On Thursday told them I was going to file for bankruptcy \ insolvency against they threw court.
Have I any chance getting anything now.
Also they told the new landlord they would walk away and declare themselves bankrupt so he would not have any bills as new management
