Should a horse not owned by me but kept on my land escape

Resolved Question:

Hello, Should a horse not owned by me but kept on my land escape onto the road and cause an accident. Is it the property owner (me) or the horse owner who will be held liable?

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.
It would be the horse owners fault, unless it was caused by you, ie the fence being poor and it is your responsibility.
But assuming thats not the case then its the horse owner.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
