If a bill is partly in dispute and the undisputed side is paid

Customer Question

If a bill is partly in dispute and the undisputed side is paid in full can you be made bankrupt for the disputed side, I HAVE BEEN ADVISED IT SHOULD GO TO NEUTRAL ARBITRATION,IF THEN YOU CANNOT COME TO AN AGREEMENT BEING THE DEBTOR AND THE AMOUNT BEING ABOVE A CERTAIN LEVEL THEN YOU CAN BE MADE BANKRUPT NOT BEFORE.
