Yes, I know the reality of these things but that doesn't change the law.The problem is that when you use a dissertation service it is all plaguarised because it is not your work.You do have a contract with them and it is not quite tainted by illegality because it is not a breach of the criminal law.However, if you are suing on the basis that they said it would not be plaguarised and it is then I would expect a Judge to be very likely to dismiss your claim on the basis that any document written by anybody other than the student is plaguarised and that is why it fails.Also, the service providers may well tell the college which is exactly what I would advise them to do unless there is a secrecy clause.However, this is a problem that does allow them to escape accountability. In fairness, students shouldn't use these services but they shouldn't provide them either. It is the type of thing that isn't illegal but it probably should be. You might decide to take a risk and sue for that reason.Can I clarify anything for you?Jo

Yes, it may do. That is disallowed. You have to write your own disserations I'm afraid.
