I have just taken delivery of a plug-in hybrid vehicle and it will be a few weeks before be powered socket is installed what are my obligations with regards ***** ***** a cable across a residential pathway this is not a public right of way it is a residential pathway on a private housing Estate if I install the cable in an approved path conduit with trip warning notices this will only be in place for the three or four hours it takes to charge the car
