Customer Question

I have recently bought a van converted to a motorhome at a cost of £32000 from a dealer in Nottingham, I am having nothing but problems with it. It was advertised as insulated, but no insulation at all, Leather seating all round, I have found out all the seats are covered in pvc cloth plastic type material, and my local garage has just last week done £400 worth of repairs to the drivers side door sill because the door would not shut properly. The seller has paid for this though. How do I stand as the whole of the conversion will have to be removed to insulate everything and there is a big cost difference between leather and pvc covered seating.
