October 2015 installed 64 solar panels, quote given has not included certain items to the value of £500 and a dispute regarding a battery charger which we thought was included and we have been told it wasn't. These are valued at approximately £3,500.
On four occasions I have tried to discuss the discrepancy made appointments to wghich there representative has no shown up or cancelled by phone, message left to me by text that he was not available.
Contract was agreed in March 2015.

First Contract date 6th March 2015 , amended 17th March 2015, Final agreed 11th June 2015.Agreed 3 x Immersuns Value £500+ four elements to be installed in tanks ( 2 x 1,000 litre tanks). and a ground battery back up value £2,500system plus 1 x V Phase unit Value £500.Non of these have been installed due to a mis calculation, I am requesting a repayment of these items which I have paid for in full.
