Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.Sort of......The LA educates some children out of school. You are also allowed to educate your child out of school, but you must give them a ‘suitable education’. You dont usually need permission for this. You don’t need special qualifications to teach your child at home, and you don’t have to follow the national curriculum. However, you must make sure that your child is educated suitably for their age and ability and for any special educational needs they may have. So no, you dont need to send them to school but MUST make sure they are educated. Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?Alex
