The CUMBRIA constabulary would like me to attend a national

Customer Question

The CUMBRIA constabulary would like me to attend a national driver alert need course, if I don't attend I will be summon to court.
The incident happen on 19/10/2015, I was turning a junction when another car crashed into my vehicle. My car was total damage, I was unconscious at the time and paramedics had to cut open my roof to get myself out. I was very sure the car was speeding and it hit the my back passenger side. But the police claims that because I was turning the junction I am at fault. What is the percentage of myself winning the case? Should I just attend the course?
