In Scottish Law does signing a Deed of Variation affect any other part of the Will -such as monetary bequests and if not all parties sign does it make the Deed invalid?

A deed of variation affect the parts of the will that it is concerned with. It has to be signs by the parties whose interests will be adversely affected by the variation.
