Customer Question

Is it reasonable to dismiss an employee charged with sexual offence related to a minor while the case is waiting to be heard at crown court. The employee comes in to contact with the public in their homes as part of his work and is currently suspended as there is not suitable alternative employment. He has been suspended with pay for a year and the court date has been postponed for a further 6 months
