Customer Question

Hi Jo,
Could you please advise me on removing a SOPO I received over 5 years ago?
I don't expect it to be removed you understand, but if I you don't try...
As I seem to have been refused legal aid, I need to represent myself. I managed to get the order changed this way before so I know the very basics, but would I need to:
*Give a copy of my court application letter to the police (they asked for this when I got the order changed 2 years ago)?
*Include a reason why I feel there's been a 'change of circumstances' in the letter?
*Include a copy of my SOPO in the letter?
Many thanks.
