Hello what would you like to know about this?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Can he be held legaly responsible for this,
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
If I would have had an accident, or been caught driving without insurance would he have been responsible
Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.
No, he is free to cancel a policy. Unless he has said something untrue or made some other fraudulent gain this wouldn't be an offence. If you had been prosecuted for having no insurance then you would have been able to argue that special reasons existed not to add points to your licence but that didn't happen thankfully.I'm afraid there are no crimes committed in cancelling a policy of insurance and not telling all drivers. Can I clarify anything for you?Jo
