Our home in the West Midlands is accessed along a mile stretch

Customer Question

Our home in the West Midlands is accessed along a mile stretch of track owned by the National Trust over which ourselves, one other home and the farmer accessing his arable land surrounding this track have right of way. The deeds state the NT responsibility is to maintain the track in 'reasonable state'. It is currently in very poor condition and almost impassable. Where do we stand?
