Customer Question

I have been refused a mobility car, as I had an IN10 on my licence that will be removed on 24th May. The DVLA are going to take the offence off, without predudice. But mobility want me to wait for 5 years not the 4 years required by law.
When I commited the IN10 offence, I had a brain tumour that has since been removed, and still to this day have no recollection. I feel that this is discrimination.
