Customer Question

Hi Alex, Thanks for helping. quick question pls - if the value of the remaining project is substantial and his company doesn't have assets, can we initiate bankruptcy proceeding against builder / his company? He is slowly continuing work but I'm still asked to pay expenses / materials, but I don't think he can complete the job unless I keep paying more money.
Q2. How do we establish ourselves as a creditor formally against him/ his company?
Many thanks.
