Customer Question

Tenant has had 12 weeks notice in writing to leave property, the date has expired and after several attempt to speak with him, he refuses to answer the door or his mobile. Can i enter the property and change the locks or is any thing that can be done with out having to go to court. His tenancy agreement expired some time ago.
