I took my boyfreind to court on Assault charge in 2014 but we patched things up and decide to give it another go the case was at the court and i did not appear so the case was no corrabitive evidence and was not dealt with. Can i Now raise this case again as unfortunately it did not work out

No. If you didn't attend then there will have been a formal not guilty verdict when the crown offered no evidence.you cannot revive it at all and certainly not because the relationship has failed.
