The letter of notification was an allegation of harassment
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I haven't harassed her and the text message that I sent simply asked her to contact a friend.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I feel the allegation is not justified.

How many times did you contact this person?

She has been a friend since 2006 so many times. Can you elaborate ?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have had no contact since the notification
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
After I ended the friendship I only sent 1 text .

Ok - if it was only 1 then its not harassment. Harassment is more than once. But if you have only been given a warning I would not do anything - this is not a criminal record etc and only valid for 12 months.BUT if you dispute it then they may charge and it COULD go to Court. So I would be pragmatic and accept the warning, as its not a criminal record. But do NOT contact this person again, its not worth it.Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?Alex
