Can you explain your situation a little more?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi our uncle passed away and until then we didn't think he had made a will but it has come to light a neighbour had done a DIY will for him
Uncle was illiterate and easerly lead
We have just got a copy of the will the majority of uncles estate over £100000 is going to the neighbour who is executor of the will
We need to stop this so it can be investigated
Expert:  JGM replied 1 year ago.

You need a court order preventing the neighbour from taking the estate any further at the moment. Have you instructed a lawyer to help you? If not you have to do so immediately.
