My son was stopped insurance on s van,he had been to the pub

Customer Question

my son was stopped for no insurance on his van,he had been to the pub the night before.
he was breath tested and failed.
taken to police station blood tests done, then released and told to come back in 5 weeks.
he was not given a charge sheet,or any information about the alcohol level in his blood.
my question is- is the procedure gone wrong or was he under the limit and he was not told.
