Customer Question

Hi, Back in 1993 the RBS bank forced me into signing over my pensions to help cover my business overdraft or they would shut me down by taking away my overdraft, the pensions were worth at the time 12k. Few months later I went bankrupt and they wouldn’t give said pensions back, have i a claim or is it a lost cause, just as the banks are paying back different things at this time I just wondered ?
