Customer Question

Hi, I was sent to a mental hospital in December 2012 till January 2013 and was given benefits support allowance as I was medication. I was discharged in early 2015 however my benefit was still being paid. I got a letter sent through the post saying I'm being interviewed under caution for benefit fraud. What should I do and do you think I will be in big trouble?
Thank you
