My son was wrongly accused in the crown court 5 counts of rape of a child under 13, 3 counts of sexual assault of a child under 13, 2 counts causing or inciting in sexual activity, he is going to be sentenced on the 17 of June as 15 year old. his barrister says there no grounds for appeal. What steps can we take to appeal this verdict?
