Customer Question

I bought a van in good faith and was told any problems that my warranty purchased as part of the deal would cover any problems but since reading and checking out the warranty it seems not worth the paper its written on I have had to replace the clutch and sort out the steering rack which in total as cost a further 1400 pounds I have tried to contact the garage via email and telephone also recorded delivery letter to no avail what is my next step apart from small claims court which is where I have said I will take them in my attempt to contact them
